Baking soda:

To neutralize the ph of sweat and reduce bacteria, using baking soda can be one of the effective ways to get rid of smelly feet. All you need to do is add baking soda in warm water and soak your feet in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.

Lavender oil:

Lavender oil not only smells amazing but also has antifungal properties that kill bacteria and help in reducing foot odour. Soak your feet in lavender oil and warm water mixture for 15-20 minutes and repeat this twice daily.


The astringent and antiseptic properties of alum help in killing the bacteria ensuring you a smell-free foot. Wash your feet with a solution of alum and water and repeat this twice daily.

Epsom salt:

Epsom salt not only helps in giving you happy odour free feet, but also helps in relaxing your body and soothing sprains and bruises. It also helps in exfoliating the skin and relieving constipation.

Mix 2 teaspoons of Epsom salt in warm water and soak your feet in the mixture for about 15-20 minutes.


The acidic properties of vinegar make it difficult for the bacteria to survive and it gives you a happy feet by helping you get rid of the bad odour.

All you need to do is prepare a mixture of vinegar and warm water and soak your feet in the solution for about 20-25 minutes. Repeat this twice daily and you are sure to get the desired results.
